Dromana Estate Winery
Dromana Estate is an award-winning vineyard located in Tuerong. A popular tourist destination, the homestead was instrumental in Mornington Peninsula’s reputation as one of Australia’s leading wine regions. Since its establishment in 1982, Dromana Estate has gone through many changes and continues to produce well awarded premium quality wines.
Their winery has two labels – Dromana Estate and Mornington Estate. Both are estate grown wines representing the highest standards of viticulture to ensure the quality of wine that goes into every bottle.
Peter Bauer, Chief Winemaker, meticulously crafts the estate’s popular Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that is well-known all over Mornington Peninsula.
Panton Vineyard
Panton has a cellar door that showcases premium single wines including Rosé, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinor Noir, and Sandiovese. It is a family-owned vineyard located in Shoreham. The family first planted Pinot Noir and Chardonay in 1996, followed by the second plantings of more Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Sangiovese in 1999.
The vines are meticulously cared for in order to produce premium wine grapes that are sought after by prestigious local winemakers from Quealy Wines, Balnarring Vineyard and Stonier.
Morning Sun Vineyard
Located within the hills of Main Ridge, this unique family-owned vineyard and winery offers a stunning view of a small green valley that invites the morning sun, hence the name.
Previously an apple orchard, this 42-acre property was originally discovered and developed by wine loving visionary, Mario Toniolo, who spent his years searching for the perfect parcel of land that reminded him of his childhood working on vineyards in the Veneto region.
Today, the property offers award winning wines made from the estate’s homegrown fruits including Chardonnay, Sparkling Cuvee N.V, and Pino Grigio.
Port Phillip Estate
Port Phillip is a winery, restaurant, and accommodation destination located in Red Hill South. Their cellar door encompasses bold architecture, elegant tasting bar, and spectacular views. The vineyard is set in a natural amphitheatre where you can find plots of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and small plots of Sauvignon and Shiraz. They also have a cellar door kitchen where you can enjoy a plate full of calamari, crystal bay prawns, onion rings, baked whole trout and more.
